According to the latest customs data, in February 2026, China imported 8,700 metric tons of propylene oxide, a year-on-year decrease of 16.1%. The main sources of imports were: Thailand (6,800 metric tons, accounting for 78.0%) and Singapore (1,900 metric tons, accounting for 22.0%). China exported 0.002 thousand tons of propylene oxide, a year-on-year decrease of 87.5%. The sole export destination was Cambodia, accounting for 100.0% of the total.
From January to February 2026, China imported 17,700 metric tons of propylene oxide, a year-on-year decrease of 26.7%. The main source regions for imports were: Thailand (13,000 metric tons, accounting for 73.7%); Saudi Arabia (2,700 metric tons, accounting for 15.5%); and Singapore (1,900 metric tons, accounting for 10.9%). China exported 0.0054 million tons of propylene oxide, a year-on-year decrease of 82.5%. Destinations for propylene oxide exports: Cambodia 0.002 million tons, accounting for 36.0%; Thailand 0.0018 million tons, accounting for 33.1%; United Arab Emirates 0.0017 million tons, accounting for 30.8%.
